Is my receipt data uploaded anywhere?
No. Receipt Desk has no upload path — capture, OCR, categorization, and storage all run on your device. You can verify this by using the app with Airplane Mode turned on.
Do I need an account?
No. Receipt Desk works fully without a sign-in. There is no account, no cloud sync, and no personal profile.
What does “Needs review” mean?
When a line item can't be confidently categorized, or the totals don't balance, the app flags it instead of guessing. You confirm the fix — the app shows you the dollar gap and the highlighted evidence.
Can I export my data?
Yes. CSV and PDF export is always free, and exported files go only where you choose.
How do I delete my data?
Your receipts live only on your device. Delete the app to remove them, or delete individual receipts inside the app.

Receipt Desk is an iPhone app, shipping in English for the United States first.
