Local by design
Receipt Desk processes everything on your iPhone: capture, text recognition (Apple Vision), line-item parsing, categorization, reconciliation, and storage. There is no upload path — the app works with Airplane Mode turned on.
No account, no sign-in
Receipt Desk does not require an account. There is no sign-in, no cloud sync, and no personal profile. Every feature works without creating anything.
What the app accesses
Camera, Photos, and Files are accessed only when you choose to capture or import a receipt. The Share Sheet extension reads receipts you explicitly share into the app. No other device permissions are used.
No analytics, no advertising
The app contains no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not collect usage data, crash reports, or device identifiers.
Where your data lives
Receipt images, extracted line items, ledger records, and settings are stored locally in the app's storage on your device (including a shared app group used by the Share Sheet extension). Deleting the app removes this data. If you back up your iPhone, the data is included in your own backup.
Export is your choice
CSV and PDF export is initiated by you and is always free. Exported files are saved or shared only to the location you choose.
Website
This website does not set advertising cookies or use third-party analytics. Cloudflare may process basic request logs required to serve the pages.
